About this file

This Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) outlines four required reports for an OpenStack Engineer and Architect Support contract with the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Eustis. The contractor must submit monthly progress reports, in-progress review reports as required by the government, trip reports within 5 days of returning from travel, and daily system change reports. All reports require Distribution Statement D and must be submitted electronically along with invoices through the Wide Area Workflow system. The reports aim to provide status updates, capture meeting minutes and decisions from reviews, and clarify system change requirements.
