About this file
This document is an Attachment 12: Pricing Document for Solicitation No. BPM004287, issued by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) located in Phoenix, Arizona. The solicitation is for Statewide Asbestos, Lead, and Mold Consultant and Abatement Services, with Terracon appearing to be an offeror/potential contractor for these services.
The pricing document outlines submission requirements for a pricing sheet (EXHIBIT A_PRICING SHEET) in an Excel format, with specific instructions to enter a one-dollar ($1) unit price in the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) system. Terracon's pricing methodology is based on book rates that include labor costs, overhead, and profit, with rates specific to each personnel level. The company notes that premium rates are identical to standard rates, and subcontractor laboratory costs will include no more than five percent profit. The document also provides options for prompt payment discounts, though in this case, all discount percentages are listed as zero percent for payment periods of seven and ten calendar days from invoice receipt.

Terracon’s price schedules labor rates are based on our book rates (which are labor cost, including overhead and profit). These book rates are specific for each level offered and are based on which personnel can be used for each one of these levels. Premium Rates are identical to standard rates as we historically do not charge our clients a premium rate for our services outside of office hours. The rates for each subcontractor is based on our cost to the laboratory plus no more than five percent profit (in most cases this is below 4%). These laboratory costs are provided to us by each of the outside laboratories we will use for this contract.
Utilize Excel sheet titled “BPM004287-Exhibit A- Pricing Sheet” to enter proposed prices/ rates.
