About this file

This is a Bid Price Page attachment for the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) Invitation for Bid (IFB) C161865 for Firing Range services. The procurement seeks contractor(s) to provide a three-year contract with two additional one-year extension options. The firing range will be utilized by DOCCS employees for initial qualifications, pre-qualifications, and annual requalifications. Bidders must complete the price submission form by entering their legal business name and providing bid prices for three cost categories: a rate per person, classroom rental fees, and low light/night training fees. The bid price page includes estimated utilization figures based on 10 shooters, 250 annual operating days, and 3 low light/night training days to assist bidders in calculating total estimated annual costs.

Bidders must enter a rate greater than zero for the "Rate per Person" category, while other fees may be submitted as zero if included at no additional cost. The Annual Storage Space Cost automatically calculates at 10% of the Rate per Person entry and cannot be modified. All bid prices must be inclusive of all associated costs, including storage, labor, installation, materials, parts, supplies, transportation, travel, licenses, insurance, administrative expenses, profit, and ancillary charges. Actual payment will be based on actual utilization rather than estimated figures, and minimum facility utilization is not guaranteed. The procurement includes no minority/women business enterprise (MWBE) contracting goals, disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) goals, or service-disabled veteran-owned business (SDVOB) goals. Westchester County is identified as a business enterprise that was awarded an identical or substantially similar contract within the past five years.
