About this file
The document is a collection of bid-related forms for the WCR 72 and 76 Paving Project in Weld County, Colorado, involving a bid bond, debarment certification, and anti-collusion affidavit. The project involves paving construction services for County Road 72 (from mile markers 33 to 35) and County Road 76 (from mile markers 29 to 31), with bidders required to submit a proposal bond equivalent to at least 5% of their total bid amount. The principal (bidding contractor) must be prepared to execute the contract within 60 days of selection and negotiate final terms in good faith.
The bid documents include rigorous compliance requirements, with bidders required to certify they are not currently suspended or debarred by federal agencies, have no pending debarment, and have not been involved in fraudulent activities within the past three years. The anti-collusion affidavit mandates that bidders confirm their bid was developed independently, without consultation or agreement with other potential bidders, and was submitted in good faith. Contractors must declare under penalty of perjury that all statements are true and complete, with potential criminal or administrative sanctions for false information.
