About this file
This is a Cost Proposal document for the Minnesota Department of Health's Cannabis and Substance Misuse contract opportunity related to the Be Cannabis Aware campaign. The project requires qualified contractors to manage and expand the brand identity for BeCannabisAware.org, the state's cannabis education and prevention campaign, while developing and implementing a promotional campaign to increase awareness of the campaign's messages and resources. The scope encompasses strategic brand management, campaign development, and public awareness initiatives designed to educate Minnesota residents about cannabis-related issues.
The cost proposal document establishes the pricing framework and financial terms for contractor submissions. Bidders are required to provide detailed cost breakdowns for all proposed services, including labor, materials, marketing, and campaign implementation expenses. The proposal format specifies how contractors should structure their pricing to ensure consistency and comparability across all submissions. Contractors must align their cost proposals with deliverables outlined in the scope of work, demonstrating clear correlation between proposed expenses and anticipated campaign outcomes and brand management activities.
