About this file
This is a Cost Proposal Template for a negotiated bid (27-87903) for ammunition procurement by an unspecified state agency. Respondents must submit unit pricing for four line items: Practice Sig Sauer 9mm 124 grain full metal jacket ammunition (154,000 rounds required), Handgun Training UTM 9mm MMR Blue ammunition (6,000 rounds required), Practice PMC 62 grain #556K full metal jacket ammunition (154,000 rounds required), and shipping. All pricing must be all-inclusive, encompassing shipping, freight, delivery, and destination fees with no additional charges permitted upon award. Respondents must bid on all line items and provide a matching quote on company letterhead detailing proposed specifications. The submission must include a working Excel file with populated yellow-shaded cells; bids submitted without the working Excel file may be deemed unresponsive.
Pricing shall be provided as unit prices, and the state intends to award to the lowest bidder meeting all required specifications outlined in Attachment H. Respondents must indicate compliance with all specification requirements by entering "Yes" or "No" in the designated cells, with explanations required for any non-compliance responses. The respondent's minimum quantity for each item must equal or exceed the agency's required minimum quantity. The total bid amount from the cost proposal workbook must be carried forward to the IVOSB Subcontractor Commitment Form and the Indiana Economic Impact Form, indicating this procurement involves an Indiana state agency and may include small business set-aside considerations.
