HOOVER VAULT™

FIRE RATED DOUBLE-WALL TANKS

Containment Solutions, Inc. (CSI) provides safe, aff ordable solutions for the storage of fl ammable and combustible liquids.

If you are concerned about the eff ects fuel storage has on your bottom line, look at the advantages of aboveground fi re-protected storage tanks.

Our steel Hoover Vault™ tanks meet the requirements of all national fi re codes for fi re-rated aboveground storage tanks and are labeled according to Underwriter’s Laboratories Standard 2085 “Insulated, Protected Secondary Containment”.

Vault tanks utilize patented designs with lightweight fi reproofi ng materials, applied in the interstitial space of UL 142 double-wall tanks. These materials ensure that the inner tank is protected from the eff ects of fi re. This design allows both the inner and the outer tanks to be pressure tested at the factory and in the fi eld.

In addition, the fi reproofi ng materials allow liquid to migrate through to the monitoring tube, so leaks from the inner tank are detected. Rectangular vault tanks are space-saving in design.

ADVANTAGES:

• UL 2085 listed for insulated, protected secondary containment

– Two-hour fi re rating using lightweight concrete

– True 360º “pressure testable” secondary containment

– Vehicle impact protection

The Fuelhouse marine dispensers are designed and built to solve the unique challenges of the saltwater and freshwater marine environment while providing a clean and compact appearance. The attractive design provides the sophistication you want and the simplicity your customers appreciate. The high speed fueling capability of the Fuelhouse series saves time, and therefore, money by minimizing the time vessels occupy the fueling dock. The Fuelhouse marine dispenser is purpose built for the marine fueling environment and provides years of reliable operation.

The Fuelhouse is a listed dispenser that incorporates an internal hose reel capable of managing and protecting the long lengths of hose re-quired in many marine facili-ties. Valuable fuel dock space is saved by eliminating the need for an external reel.

The compact design mini-mizes both its footprint and height to reduce its presence on the fueling dock. With a height under 4 feet, the Fu-elhouse dispenser also im-proves safety/awareness and marina appearance by limit-ing visual obstructions.

Appearance matters. By using only high quality stainless steel, the Fuel-house marine dispenser will retain its attractive finish for many years. The stainless steel chassis is fully welded to maintain rigidity and durability throughout the life of the dispenser. A black powder-coat finish is applied to the chassis for added protection. Corrosion resistance is not limited to the exterior.

From the aluminum meter and brass valve to the fully conformal coated electronics, only components suitable for long term use in a marine environment are used for the internal hydraulic and electrical systems.

The Fuelhouse has the flexibility to operate in either a standalone or remote control application. The dispenser is compatible with most con-sole/card systems using either the standard hardwire or optional 2-wire interface. The 2-wire interface allows communication with newer con-trol devices using a RS-485 connection, enabling features such as re-mote price setting and totals retrieval.
