About this file

This document is a professional liability insurance policy and related endorsements issued by AIG Specialty Insurance Company for Robert Thomas Helmer dba Helmer & Associates, a sole proprietorship providing real estate appraisal services. The policy is administered by Norman-Spencer Real Estate Risk Purchasing Group, Inc. and was procured through Professional Insurance Brokers, Inc. The primary certificate holder is the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), with the policy covering the period from January 24, 2021 to January 24, 2022.

The insurance policy provides professional liability coverage for real estate appraisal services, with a $2,000,000 per claim limit and a $2,000,000 aggregate limit. The policy includes various endorsements covering premises liability, confidential information protection, and economic sanctions. The specific contract referenced is CTR054970, which appears to be for real estate appraisal and valuation services for ADOT, potentially involving work in the state's right-of-way. The policy includes a retroactive date of March 7, 2017, and requires a $2,500 deductible per claim. The annual premium is $1,071.00, with additional taxes and fees bringing the total to $1,146.55.
