About this file
This document is Amendment #2 to an RFP, providing clarifications and updates to various aspects of the solicitation. The Notice of Intent to Award date has been corrected to February 25, 2025, and proposals must be hand-delivered by the date and time prescribed in the RFP. The amendment clarifies that the project scope section referenced in Part G paragraph 4 is listed as "Not Applicable" and confirms that the 2011 renovation drawings excluded work in the basement and 5th floor.
The amendment adds the qualification "as necessary" to several project staff requirements, including Security, Security Hardware, Doors and Hardware Specialist, Elevator Consultant, Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental, Landscape Architect, and Interior Designer positions. Additionally, the term "term contract" has been changed to "contract" on page 18 of 21 in Part G. The RFP has been updated to incorporate all these changes.
