About this file
This document is Amendment 11 to Contract No. 505ENT-M11-HICAPCENT-01, executed between the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration's State Bureau of Procurement and CenturyLink, a telecommunications company headquartered at 1801 California Street, Denver, Colorado. The amendment was signed on April 30, 2020, by Steve Arneson, Manager of Offer Management for CenturyLink, and Cheryl Edgington, Director of the State Bureau of Procurement for Wisconsin.
The contract covers High Capacity Local Voice Trunking services provided by CenturyLink to the State of Wisconsin. Under this amendment, the contract term is extended until April 30, 2025, with CenturyLink agreeing to maintain firm pricing at current established rates throughout the extended term. The extension is subject to the Wisconsin Department of Administration's annual approval to continue the procurement authority underlying the contract, with such approvals to be evidenced through contract renewal amendments executed by both parties. The amendment preserves all existing terms and conditions of the original contract except for the term extension and price commitment provisions.
