About this file

This document is Amendment 4 to a Software Master Maintenance Agreement (MMA7513) between the State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services, and Alliance Enterprises, Inc. The amendment was executed on February 21, 2024, modifying the original contract that was first established on May 29, 2015.

The amendment primarily focuses on revising service level agreements and support ticket severity settings. Key changes include establishing specific response and resolution timeframes for different error severity levels (Critical, High, and Medium), implementing a fee-at-risk mechanism where up to 10% of payment can be withheld for unresolved maintenance and support errors, and adding a requirement for the contractor to communicate future software release information via email. The amendment introduces a structured approach to error classification, with precise timelines for verification and resolution, and a financial incentive for timely error management. The contract maintains its original terms and conditions, with these specific modifications aimed at improving service quality and communication.
