Contractor will need to coordinate with CXT.

Question: Are there any new HVAC needs in this project?

Answer: No, building is self-contained.

Question: Is water a gravity system?

Question: Will Contractor or Forest Service be providing porta-johns for public use during construction?

Answer: Contractor will provide a minimum of two accessible porta-johns. Porta-johns should be placed adjacent to the beach area and outside the construction zone. Porta-johns are to be emptied/maintained a minimum of one time each week. District reserves the right to require maintenance as needed upon inspection.
