Award will be made on an "all or none" basis to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications. All equipment, parts, and consumable items must be new, unused, and eligible for full manufacturer warranty; reconditioned, remanufactured, or refurbished items are not acceptable unless demo units are disclosed in writing and accepted by the using agency with full factory warranty provided. Awarded suppliers must submit E-Verify documentation as required by Section 13 of the ITB Standard Boilerplate and must complete a Vendor Disclosure Statement upon notice of intent to award. All awarded suppliers must maintain full registration and active status in the Alabama Buys system. Suppliers have five days from receipt to provide any additional requested information; failure to respond may result in bid rejection.
