About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 to Request #15472 for Water & Delivery services for the Florida Facilities Division. The addendum modifies the original solicitation requirements and provides clarifications to the bidding process. The document outlines changes to specifications, terms, and conditions that supersede or supplement corresponding sections in the original request for proposals. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum and incorporate all modifications into their proposals. The addendum addresses technical specifications, delivery requirements, and service parameters for water and related delivery services necessary to support state facilities operations.
The addendum includes revisions to pricing structures, delivery schedules, and performance metrics outlined in the original solicitation. All prospective bidders must review the addendum in conjunction with the primary solicitation documents to ensure complete compliance with the updated requirements. The modifications establish binding conditions for any contract award resulting from this procurement, and failure to acknowledge the addendum may result in proposal rejection or contract non-compliance issues.

Event: FR - EVN0061690 Round: 1 Version: 1 Title: Req. # 15472 - Water & Delivery Q&A End Date: 09/28/2026 12:00 PM EST Contact Name: Vasquez , Annette
Questions received for this event, and corresponding responses from the County:
V1 - Q1: For EVN0061690, the ITQ PDF lists Item 3 (Station 63) as 900 bottles, while the INFORMS bidding line shows 300. Which quantity should bidders use? The ITQ also states that a cooler is needed at each location and pricing must be held until September 30, 2027. Please confirm whether the contractor must supply and maintain four coolers, how often deliveries are expected, and whether bottle deposits and return of empties should be included in each unit price. Finally, the ITQ says award is in the aggregate for all items, while the online lines are marked not mandatory. Must bidders price all four lines to be considered?
Answer: The ITQ quantities for line 3 will be fixed. Yes, the awarded supplier must provide four coolers.
The water deliveries are on an as needed basis per station. I don’t know where you see that the lines are marked not mandatory. Yes, when the award is in the aggregate, all lines must have a price from the bidders.
