About this file

This is RFP Addendum #1 issued by Herbert H. Lehman College, a constituent institution of The City University of New York (CUNY), dated June 22, 2026, in response to questions submitted by prospective proposers for RFP No. LEH2732NUR regarding Comprehensive Nursing Education Resources to Enhance Student Success. The addendum addresses three primary vendor inquiries: submission requirements, signature authority, and proposed exceptions to contract terms. Proposers must submit three copies of their proposals consisting of two paper copies and one electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive. Volume I forms require wet signatures and cannot be electronically signed. The addendum specifies that all proposed exceptions and modifications to Part 7 (Terms) of the RFP, including requests to modify insurance coverage provisions, security incident notification requirements, support response time tables, and downtime communication procedures, have been declined by the College. The original RFP maintains all terms and conditions unchanged. The addendum must be properly signed and included in each proposal submission, with the College reserving the right to reject any bid submitted without the addendum properly executed.

The addendum establishes that signature on the addendum warrants the bidder's understanding of its contents and confirmation that appropriate adjustments have been made to the RFP submission and calculations. The document provides no new information regarding pricing, set-asides, incumbents, or funding sources beyond what was established in the original RFP. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the base RFP remain in full effect. The addendum serves as a clarification and confirmation document that no exceptions to the College's standard contractual requirements will be accommodated, ensuring uniform compliance across all proposals received.
