About this file
This is an addendum to a pricing attachment for an Integrated Communications Technology Solutions & Services Convenience Contract (IFB #69-3402) issued by the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). The solicitation requests vendors to provide furnish and deliver services for communications cabling and wiring, including both materials and labor across multiple service classifications. The mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM at 840 Neal Street, Greensboro, NC 27403, with vendor questions due by June 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM. The contract is structured as a convenience contract with an indefinite term, allowing for ongoing procurement of specified services throughout the contract period.
Vendors must provide detailed pricing for a market basket of materials and equipment, hourly labor rates for six work classifications (inside plant, outside plant, security cameras, electronic door access, audio visual, and other endpoints), and a temporary tariff surcharge percentage with justification. Labor rates must distinguish between regular hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) and overtime hours (nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency campus response). Vendors may also submit a list of preferred subcontractors with detailed contact information and service descriptions, subject to approval by the University ITS representative. All deliveries must be made FOB Destination, with the vendor responsible for installation completion, site cleanup, and waste disposal. Invoices must include itemized material, labor, equipment, and subcontract costs with supporting documentation and hours worked by labor classification. Manufacturer's standard warranty applies to all materials and equipment provided.
