Scope of Work

The Chicago Field Division (CFD) training room is used for lectures, conferences, and social gatherings that require the use of various A/V components. This includes the integration of third-party applications such as WebEx and Microsoft Teams. The current configuration is outdated and does not support the needs of the CFD. This project involves several key steps to ensure a smooth user experience and optimal functionality. Additionally, it requires the ideal placement for equipment such as projectors, screens, speakers, and microphones. Planed cable routing and secure equipment cabinets are a must to minimize clutter and ensure accessibility. Furthermore, it will be necessary to calibrate audio and video settings for optimal performance and conduct thorough testing to confirm functionally across all devices. Finally, provide training to users on how to operated the equipment effectively and have readily available customer support if needed.
