Statement of Work Summary - A26-013 Matrix Array Ultrasonic Testing NDI System

This Statement of Work defines the procurement and delivery of one (1) Matrix Array Ultrasonic Testing (MAUT) Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) system for Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, including training and on-site support. The system must be a fully integrated, portable, battery-operable solution from a single manufacturer with a non-multiplexed, fully parallel hardware architecture capable of simultaneously driving and acquiring data from a minimum of 16,384 (128x128 matrix) individual transducer elements. The system shall perform real-time Full Matrix Capture (FMC) and Total Focusing Method (TFM) processing, generate high-resolution C-scan, B-scan, D-scan, and 3D volumetric images directly from raw data, and demonstrate sustained data throughput sufficient to handle uncompressed volumetric data without down-sampling or data reduction. The deliverable includes two True 2D Matrix Array transducers (one 5.0 MHz and one 10.0 MHz, each 128x128 elements), all necessary software licenses for data acquisition and advanced analysis, cables, power supply, and a rugged transport case.

Training must be completed within three (3) business days of delivery at Tinker AFB for three days, eight hours per day. The contractor shall comply with extensive on-base requirements including environmental protection, hazardous materials management, safety protocols (FOD/DOP training, tool control accountability), vehicle operations, visitor pass coordination, and emergency procedures. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 0730-1600, excluding federal holidays and base closures. The contractor must provide certifications regarding hazardous materials and waste, maintain detailed logs and safety data sheets, and ensure personnel have required environmental and occupational safety training. All staff must complete FOD/DOP training within ten (10) business days of contract award and refresh training every 36 months.
