About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of Reusable Skidboards (RUSB) and Reusable Energy Absorbing Layer (REAL) for Container Delivery System (CDS) airdrop training by the Minnesota Air National Guard.
The SOW specifies the required quantities, salient characteristics, and functions for the skidboards, honeycomb, and associated belts and handles. It requires the materials to be reusable for at least 25 high velocity drops and able to withstand Minnesota weather conditions. The provided brand names are the approved equal products. The contract includes a 1-year minimum warranty.
This SOW is related to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation for the identified CDS airdrop training materials. The solicitation is set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 541715. Quotes are due by August 23, 2024, and will be evaluated based on best value considering price, technical acceptability, equipment capabilities, and past performance. Multiple solutions and innovative approaches are encouraged.
