Each concept design shall also include a cost estimate summary based on the scope of work identified in the task order and the design team’s understanding of user requirements.

The facilitator and design team shall present the three concepts to the JBLE team members and facility end users during the workshop. The facilitator shall encourage participation of all attendees to evaluate these concepts, eliminating those which have a low probability of acceptance, and shall task A-E Design Team members to pursue the ones which endure evaluation. This process shall be iterative during the workshop until the final design concept is selected and mutually agreed upon by the charrette attendees.

The facilitator shall obtain user signatures on a conceptual design endorsement sheet, signifying approval of the final concept design. The signatures are required from the attendees to prior to the completion and dismissal of the charrette workshop.
