About this file
This is an E-Verify Form document related to the Town of Palm Beach, Florida's solicitation for compacted garbage collection and disposal services. The Town seeks qualified firms to provide comprehensive garbage collection and disposal services, including all required labor, equipment, and materials. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams, with details specified in the Events section; attendance is strongly encouraged as the only direct forum for clarification with the Project Manager and Town staff. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), the Town's eProcurement platform. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose proposal meets all stated requirements and criteria, with the Town reserving the right to award on an all-or-none or line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must remain valid for ninety days from bid closure.
The contractor assumes sole responsibility for any fees or fines resulting from violations due to performance deficiencies. Per Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, the Town of Palm Beach may consider vendor documentation related to responsible vendor determination requirements. Specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, and funding amounts are not detailed in the available file excerpt. The solicitation emphasizes the use of the online Bonfire platform to promote environmental sustainability through digital submissions rather than paper-based processes.
