About this file

This is a Drug Free Workplace Form related to a compacted garbage collection and disposal services solicitation issued by the Town of Palm Beach, Florida. The form serves as a compliance document for vendors bidding on the contract to collect and dispose of compacted garbage throughout the town. The Town is accepting sealed bids submitted exclusively through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) eProcurement platform. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams, with details specified in the Events section; attendance is strongly encouraged as the primary opportunity to obtain clarifications from the Project Manager and Town staff. The selected contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for compacted garbage collection services, with the contractor assuming full responsibility for any fees or fines resulting from performance violations. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specified requirements, with the Town reserving the right to award on an all-or-none basis or line-by-line basis and to accept or reject any bids. Quoted prices must remain valid for ninety days from the bid closing date.

The Drug Free Workplace Form is a mandatory compliance requirement under Florida Statutes Section 287.05701, which governs vendor documentation and considerations for responsible vendor determinations in Town of Palm Beach procurement processes. All bidders must certify their compliance with drug-free workplace requirements as part of the submission package, ensuring that selected contractors maintain appropriate workplace safety and legal compliance standards.
