About this file

This document is a template for a Notice of Vendor Pool Task Order Award issued by the State of North Dakota. The template provides a standardized format for communicating the results of a task order proposal process, intended to be used by a state agency or institution when selecting a vendor for a specific project. The template is designed to be customized with agency-specific details and sent to vendors who submitted proposals.

The template outlines a procurement process where multiple vendors submit project proposals in response to a task order request. The agency evaluates these proposals and selects the most advantageous vendor, who will be awarded the task order. The document includes provisions for a seven-calendar-day protest period during which interested parties can submit written objections. The selected vendor is instructed not to commence work, purchase materials, or enter subcontracts until both the vendor and the state have signed the task order. The template emphasizes transparency in the vendor selection process and provides a formal mechanism for communicating the award decision to all participating vendors.
