About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for temporary lodging services. The Coast Guard requires 130 double occupancy rooms for a total of 230 nights at facilities within 15 miles of Port Clinton, Ohio between December 2023 and February 2024. Lodging must meet AAA three diamond standards with non-smoking rooms and 24/7 front desk staffing. The amendment decreases the total number of nights from 240 to 230. The solicitation requests firm fixed price quotes payable via EFT. The government will not pay additional fees but service members will be responsible for incidental charges. Invoices are to be submitted weekly or after each reservation stay period.
