The Office of General Counsel will be the main source of contact with the moving companies for eviction services, while the Admissions Department will serve as the point of contact for all other service requests. Staff from these departments will handle scheduling, approving/verifying invoices, and handling concerns, which arise. While these contacts wi l l be the primary contact with the moving companies, it is required that the moving company representatives extend cooperation, professionalism, and sensitivity to the residents to be moved and to all PAPMC personnel involved (Site managers, maintenance staff, etc.).

The contract term will be a two (2) year base period with three (3) one (1) year option periods.

Cancelled moves with less than 5 hours advance notice and cancelled moves with more than 5 hours advance notice but less than 24 hours advance notice shall be assessed a flat fee. Any move that is cancelled with more than 24 hours advance notice provided by PAPMC will not have a charge assessed.
