About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for the NASA SEWP VI contract. The PPQ provides instructions and rating scales for evaluating a contractor's past performance across technical, schedule, cost, and business/management areas. It covers technical areas such as IT systems, storage, networking, imaging, power/cabling, audio/video, security/sensors, and software/cloud. The PPQ includes sections for contract information, evaluator details, and an overall performance rating. It also requests information on the contract value, expenditures, and any cost overruns or award fee ratings. This PPQ would be provided to contract references to assess the past performance of an offeror bidding on the SEWP VI solicitation.

The related federal contract opportunity is for the 6th Generation of Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurements (SEWP VI) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). This competitive acquisition will result in an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 10-year ordering period. The solicitation is planned for release around February 2024, with proposals due approximately 60 days later. The anticipated contract award date is May 1, 2025. The SEWP VI GWAC will provide the federal government with IT products and services across a wide range of technical areas.
