About this file
This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document clarifying requirements regarding the WellQ360 methodology in contract SATPC0040849.
The document addresses confusion regarding WellQ360 requirements following updates to the Statement of Work (SOW) and Q&A materials. Vendors asked whether WellQ360 was entirely removed from the SOW or remained as a requirement. The government clarified that WellQ360 methodology and the science of wellbeing remain in the SOW as a core requirement, and vendors must demonstrate expertise in this area and incorporate WellQ360 into their curricula. What was removed from the updated SOW was the specific reference to the WellQ360 assessment tool—not the methodology itself. Vendors must facilitate WellQ360 events as part of their service delivery, but are not required to utilize or administer the WellQ360 assessment tool in their proposals and performance.

We just saw the new SOW and the re-posting after the updated QA2 document and have a question regarding the WellQ360. In the new QA2 document it says WellQ360 was "removed from the updated SOW." However in the document titled "SATPC0040849 TAB 04 4 SOW updated 2," section 3.2 still contains information about WellQ360. So we are confused if the QA2 document is correct or the new SOW? In other words, is the WellQ360 tool removed from the SOW and therefore our bidding consideration? Thank you for the clarification and we look forward to better understanding this issue and submitting a high quality, competitive bid.
Answer:
For clarity, what was left in the SOW is the WellQ360 is a methodology, science of wellbeing and the desire to have the vendor demonstrate and expertise in that area. What was removed was the reference to a WellQ360 assessment tool.
We saw that the updated Q&A stated that WellQ360 was omitted from the SOW, however it appears that the "SOW updated 2" still has the WellQ360 listed as a deliv-erable. Can you please confirm if the contractor will indeed need to facilitate WellQ360 events?”
Answer: Yes – vendor will need to incorporate WellQ360 into the curricula. What was omitted was the reference to the WellQ360 assessment.
