STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Objective/Requirements

The NASA Glenn Ballistics Impact Laboratory has a need to purchase a new pressure vessel for their 16 inch gas gun. The pressure vessel will be used to conduct research for an upcoming Space Act Agreement.

2. Characteristics and Scope:

The contractor shall perform the following duties:

• Fabricate a Pressure vessel to the dimensions in the supplied drawing.

• Pressure Vessel must be fabricated to ASME Sec.8, Div.1 code.

• After a vendor is chosen vendor must supply drawings to NASA for approval.

3. Place of Performance NASA Glenn Research Center

4. Period of Performance

• Pressure vessel must be delivered 3-4 months after order is received.
