About this file

This document contains a statement of work and related federal contract opportunity for the procurement of a 400 MHz NMR spectrometer by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Langley Research Center. Key requirements for the NMR spectrometer include a 9.4 Tesla superconducting magnet with over 300 days of helium hold time, integrated electronics and console capable of multidimensional NMR experiments, a 5mm multinuclear probe, and software for acquisition and processing of 1D and 2D NMR data. Quotes are due by August 17, 2020 and must include pricing for the spectrometer, accessories, warranty and annual maintenance. The award will be made on a best value basis considering technical merit, past performance, and price. The incumbent contractor may receive credit toward the contract price for trading in an existing 300 MHz NMR spectrometer.
