About this file

This is an award memo from the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and the Forestry, Fire, & State Lands division documenting the contract award for the Meadow Canyon Cut and Pile project near Alton, Utah. The project involves cut and pile work, and the solicitation was limited to prequalified contractors only. The invitation for bid (IFB) resulted in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. No mandatory site visit was required for participation in this solicitation. The contractor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.

The award memo documents the selection of the lowest responsible bidder for this forestry-related work. Specific pricing terms, award amounts, contract duration, and the identity of the awarded contractor are contained within the memo, along with any conditions or requirements binding the selected vendor to complete the Meadow Canyon Cut and Pile work according to the project specifications and contract terms established by the State of Utah.
