About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for country risk and industry reports. The solicitation requests web-based information systems providing access to country reports on political and economic risk situations as well as country-based sector reports on key industries and their associated issues and risks. The response due date is January 15th at 12pm EST according to page 1, but page 5 specifies a due time of 4pm, so clarification on the correct due time is requested. Past performance evaluation forms should be submitted using the template posted on Beta.SAM. The water sector refers to drinking water, wastewater, and sewage treatment services for residential, commercial, and industrial use, not bottled water manufacturing. CPARS reports may be submitted in place of past performance questionnaires. The standard template posted in the solicitation on page 6 should be used for past performance evaluations. The solicitation was issued by the International Development Finance Corporation.
