Questions and Answers:

1. Instead of the “past performance questionnaire” being sent out to 3 current clients, can we submit 3 CPAR reports? There are many federal agencies that are NOT allowed to complete these forms and working remotely is causing delays.

Answer: Yes, if you are unable to provide three past performance questionnaires the government will accept three CPARS reports submitted by the vendor. It is the vendors responsibility to submit the CPARS as part of their technical response or to have their clients fill out the PPQ and ensure their clients email the PPQ to stevenst@od.nih.gov by the deadline for the proposals, October 30, 2020.

1. On page 3 of the Attached RFQ, the Description of Item charts, can you tell us which of these are Springer products and which are Nature products?

Answer: Please include a field for Springer costs and a field for Nature Costs.

Subscribed Titles—both Springer and Nature products.
