About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation No. 75H71026Q00034, issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) located in Shiprock, NM 87420. The amendment provides Questions and Answers (Q&A) regarding the solicitation and extends the proposal closing date to January 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM MST. The Period of Performance is established as a 6-month base period from February 9, 2026 to August 8, 2026, plus four (4) six-month option periods.
The solicitation seeks two (2) Tour Coordinator positions requiring labor-hour pricing. Each position will work 3-4 twelve-hour shifts per week based on program needs, with each pay period consisting of 36-48 hours totaling 84 hours per pay period. The estimated staffing requirement is 1,040 hours for the base period and 1,040 hours for each 6-month option period, totaling 2,080 hours annually. Both positions are classified as Key Personnel. Tour Coordinators will coordinate admissions from outpatient/emergency departments to the inpatient unit and arrange patient transport to outside facilities for higher levels of care, with no patient load assignment. Personnel must hold current nursing licenses (Registered Nurse) from any U.S. state, as New Mexico is a compact state. The requirement is new with no incumbent contractor, and a 2-week orientation transition period is anticipated upon contract award. Travel is not required. Invoicing will be hourly-based as specified in SF-1449 Block 20. The applicable wage determination is referenced in Attachment C of the solicitation documents.
