Additional question and answer received against 73095201097 – Falcon Power Plant Intake Building Electrical Upgrade:
1. Question: There is a section on the PWS that says the contractor is responsible for supplying two (2) 200 KVA Power Transformer (480V Δ Primary /480V Y Secondary) Ventilated Type, Energy Saver Type, ideally suited for utility and industrial applications (NEMA & UL Approved) and with three current and power transformers (CT's & PT's) in the secondary side for metering purposes. The location of the transformers will be determined prior to installation. This transformers are not part of the installation? Or the transformers are just part of the scope of supply, after the contract is awarded the contractor needs to procure the transformers and deliver them to the Plant?
Answer: These transformers are part of the scope of supply. The contractors needs to supply and deliver them to the plant. Those transformers are not in the one line diagram.
