About this file
This document contains Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions for Solicitation 70Z08526Q1458, listing multiple standard federal contracting clauses and representations required for a commercial products and services solicitation. Key provisions include requirements for Small Business Program Representations, Buy American Certificate, System for Award Management registration, and a specific representation regarding the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act (FASCSA).
The solicitation includes critical compliance requirements, particularly the FAR 52.204-29 provision, which mandates that offerors represent whether they are subject to any active exclusion or removal orders related to information technology or operational technology under the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act of 2018. Offerors must disclose any such orders and provide additional information to the Contracting Officer if applicable, with an ongoing obligation to immediately report any changes in status after offer submission.
