About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for dockside repair services on a Coast Guard cutter. The solicitation is being amended to add the SF 1449 cover pages and to provide responses to four requests for clarification from potential offerors. The repairs are needed for USCGC James (WMSL-754) and responses are due by December 21, 2023 at 3:00 PM Pacific time. The amendment provides clarification that the additional documents required in the instructions can be submitted as separate PDF files and that Microsoft Project is acceptable for submitting the integrated production schedule. It also clarifies that the contractor should designate any critical path items in its proposal but the government will not identify specific critical path work items. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
