VENDOR QUESTIONS/ANSWERS FOR CLARIFICATION

Ques�on 1) Work Item 4 Para. 3.2: If the propeller fails a visual inspec�on, where will the new prop be transported from (i.e. Hawaii, West Coast, etc.)?

APM: From the closest facility. The propellers are in the GFE lis�ng so they will be on island.

Ques�on 2) WI 4 Para. 3.5: Will the USCG be providing the “12 addi�onal zinc anodes” as GFM?

APM: All zincs will be provided.

Ques�on 3) WI 4 Para. 1.2: Will the Coupling Removal Kit be provided as GFE?

APM: Removal/Installa�on Kit contents noted in Para. 4.2

Ques�on 4) WI 20 Para. 3.4.1: Will the cradle per drawing 154-WPC-995-205 be considered acceptable to dock the vessel?

APM: Drawing has been updated to 154-WPC-997-002 and 154-WPC-997-004. These drawings are approved by USCG.
