Responses to Questions

Amendment 4 Answers provided 23 September 2020

This document provides United States Coast Guard (USCG) responses for questions that have been asked regarding solicitation 70Z03820QE0000032. Question numbers are provided simply as a reference and in no way infer a prioritization of the questions.

Number Question USCG Response 1 We wanted to get clarification on another topic regarding the statement of work (SOW) section 2.1. Regarding this section, it’s basically saying we need full build drawings to build each and every one of these test harnesses.

ALC does not need specialty drawings. A copy of the vendors in-house build package that contains a parts list, wire hook-up list, etc., is all that is needed. If the vendor includes drawings as a standard, part of their build package, ALC will accept them. ALC is not requiring vendors to provide something that is not normally developed.
