Request for Proposal (RFP) 70CMSW18R00000005
Dear Prospective Offerors:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs (OFTP), has a requirement for 9mm Readily Identifiable Training Ammunition
(RITA).
This RFP will result in an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. If the Government decides that it is advantageous to make multiple awards, then those awards will be made to the offerors that present the best value to the Government. The resultant IDIQ will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with an anticipated one-year base, followed by four (4) one-year optional periods.
The offeror’s quote must be submitted in three volumes: Volume I – Technical; Volume II – Past Performance;
and Volume III – Price. Each of the volumes shall be separate and complete so that an evaluation of each may be accomplished independently and simultaneously.
Please provide a complete proposal based on the attached Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1) in accordance with the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
To ensure that your proposal is in compliance with ICE’s requirements, please read the entire RFP and attachments.
All questions concerning this RFP shall be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than Monday July 30, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Muharrem.Sayan@ice.dhs.gov, and CC Ian.Somppi@ice.dhs.gov. All final proposal submissions are due on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.
EST to Muharrem Sayan by e-mail at Muharrem.Sayan@ice.dhs.gov, and CC Ian.Somppi@ice.dhs.gov. ICE is not responsible for non-delivery of quotations due to email server problems. Offerors shall confirm that ICE has received quotations in their entirety.
