3. How many gallon of vacuum waste was disposed of in the previous 12 months of the contract and what type(s)

None

4. Does the additional response hourly rate include from portal to portal transportation and disposal transportation including classification time?

Yes

5. How many containers were disposed of in the last 12 months Non-Vacuum and what type(s) of hazards?

Ten (10) containers. Some of the hazards were fuel and chemicals (liquid meth) intermingled in the containers.

6. Is the disposal of the narcotics included in the CLIN

NO. Narcotics are turned over to other Law Enforcement agencies.

7. The 6 hour response time, is that ON Site at the checkpoint within 6 hours or assessing via phone equipment needs within 6 hours.

On-Site at the checkpoint within 6 hours.
