TripMaster by CTS Software tripmastersoftware.com | transit-technologies.com
To Whom It May Concern, This letter serves as a sole source justification for the procurement of an integrated Transportation Management Software Solution provided under a single vendor.
TripMaster (Demand Response and Microtransit) and Passio (Fixed Route) are uniquely positioned under the same company, Transit Technologies, to deliver a fully integrated platform that meets our operational and technical requirements.
Transit Technologies provides a comprehensive Transportation Management Software system that supports scheduling, dispatching, vehicle tracking, vehicle maintenance, passenger payment and self-service booking options. The TripMaster and Passio solutions complements this by offering a robust suite of transit operations tools, including fixed route management, on-demand/microtransit services, and demand response capabilities for safety, monitoring, and operational insight.
The combination of these solutions under a single vendor provides a level of integration that cannot be replicated through multiple third-party systems without significant additional cost, risk, and complexity. Key advantages include:
Seamless data integration between demand response, fixed route, and micro transit operations systems
Unified reporting and analytics
Proven interoperability between systems
No other vendor can provide this breadth of functionality— Fixed Route Transit, On- Demand Transit, and Demand Response —within a single, unified platform supported by one company.
For these reasons, the procurement is justified as a sole source acquisition.
