About this file

This is an items bid response spreadsheet for a New Mexico state and local contract opportunity (70-00000-26-00006) for communications antenna systems, installation, and repair services. The procurement encompasses 20 line items covering a comprehensive range of antenna system components and services, with all items specified in units of "Each" (EA). The requested items include communication antenna systems, standard low voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) and high-performance antennas for point-to-point microwave systems, VHF/UHF/microwave and low band antennas, elliptical waveguide and accessories, coax and accessories, antenna combining systems, lightning and surge suppression systems, transmission line test equipment, design consultation and engineering services, connectors, installation hardware and tools, waveguide pressurization systems, mounting hardware, antenna support structures and towers, intermodulation study services, radio frequency coverage and feasibility consultation services, filters and cavities, grounding hardware and services, design testing and installation training, and any additional equipment or services necessary for complete antenna system installation across licensed or unlicensed frequency bands.

Bidders responding to this solicitation must provide a set percentage discount for each line item rather than a variable discount range, with bidders required to state "0%" if no discount is offered. Failure to provide a specific percentage discount will result in the response being deemed non-responsive. The approximate quantities provided are estimates only and do not establish a definite quantity contract, with actual quantities purchased under any resulting agreement subject to variation. Bidders have no ability to add, delete, or modify the line items, quantities, or units of measure specified in the spreadsheet; however, clarifications, explanations, brand name identifications, and other relevant information may be provided in the comments section for each item.
