About this file

This is a No Israel Boycott Certification Form required by Missouri governmental entities for contract compliance under Missouri Government Code SCS/SB 739, the "Anti-Discrimination against Israel Act." The form applies to the Tornado: Patrick Henry Roof project managed by Saint Louis Public Schools (SLPS) in Missouri. Vendors must provide written certification that their firm and principals do not currently boycott Israel and will not engage in such boycotts during the contract term. The certification requires an authorized company official to sign and date the form, affirming compliance with the stated requirements.

The certification requirement applies to all contracts with a total potential value of $100,000 or greater and to contractors with 10 or more employees. Any contract that fails to include this certification becomes void against public policy. The form is fillable and serves as a mandatory contractual document that must be completed and submitted by vendors bidding on SLPS projects. This requirement establishes a prerequisite condition for contract award and reflects Missouri's statutory obligation to ensure that public entities do not contract with companies engaged in boycotts against Israel or entities doing business with Israel.
