This is a Monday Trash Overview Map document prepared for the City of Alexandria, Virginia's Transportation and Environmental Services (T&ES) Department in support of a Recycling Collections and Processing services Request for Proposal. The map illustrates the geographic distribution and routing logistics of trash collection operations across the city's service areas on Mondays, providing visual reference for the spatial coverage and collection patterns that potential bidders must understand to effectively service the jurisdiction. This supporting exhibit demonstrates the operational scope and infrastructure requirements necessary for proposing comprehensive recycling collections and processing services, enabling bidders to assess service territory complexity, collection frequencies, and operational demands across different city zones and neighborhoods.

The map serves as a critical planning tool for responsive proposal development, allowing qualified firms interested in providing recycling collections and processing services to visualize existing collection patterns and plan efficient service delivery mechanisms. Prospective bidders can use this geographic reference to evaluate resource allocation, vehicle routing optimization, and staffing requirements for Monday collection operations. This document supports the overall RFP evaluation process by establishing baseline operational context and ensuring that all proposing firms have access to identical geographic and logistical information for developing competitive and operationally feasible proposals.
