12. Who is the current contract holder/vendor?
The Government does not currently have a contract in place for comprehensive Pest Control Services.
Services are provided from two separate companies on ad hoc basis via Government credit card.
Services from Ehrlich Pest Control were specifically acquired in September 2017 to perform a mass entrapment in building 4; weekly services continued to be provided by Ehrlich exclusively to building 4 for the period of October to December 2017. NW Pest Control has provided weekly services to Volpe Center since 2014 with specific focus on cafeteria, tunnels, building 4 crawl space, and other special request areas due to noted pest activity, as well as the exterior of the facility.
13. What is the yearly rate for the latest contract?

15. It was mentioned that the service will be weekly to the 6 buildings and I just wanted to confirm the schedule so I can price accordingly?
It is the Government’s opinion that the level of comprehensive pest control services being requested to service the Volpe Center will require a weekly schedule. The solicitation states: Contractor shall provide weekly services (maximum of 16 hours per month) not including additional Mass Entrapment services required upon request.
16. You also mentioned that you have had a pest control company treat periodically, do you have the amount of times they were out and if they are still treating the buildings with current mice issues?
level and not representative of the comprehensive services being requested under this solicitation. Once this contract is awarded, pest control services will only be provided by the contract awardee.

Only one mass entrapment has been performed at Volpe Center and it was strictly for building 4 only.
