About this file
This document outlines a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for labor services and warehouse operations. The contract will provide labor to reconfigure conference rooms at EPA facilities at least 30 minutes prior to events, and enter acquisitions and dispositions into the agency's asset management system within 5 business days. Performance will be monitored through inspections, customer feedback, and monthly report reviews. Unsatisfactory performance in labor services setup for more than three documented infractions per month over three months, or for warehouse operations with more than the allowed number of infractions in asset data entry per month over three months, may result in an unsatisfactory CPARS rating. The related solicitation is open to women-owned small businesses for labor services and warehouse operations supporting EPA facilities in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area under solicitation number 68HERC20R0012.
