About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment for Recruitment Services (Contract Number 004), executed between the State of North Dakota, acting through its Office of Management and Budget, State Procurement Office, and Greenwood Asher & Associates. This is Amendment Number 3 to the original contract, which modifies previously established terms and conditions.
The amendment primarily addresses two key areas: insurance requirements and contract renewal. Due to 2021 House Bill 1057, insurance liability caps are being increased, resulting in updated insurance requirements including $2,000,000 commercial general liability coverage and $2,000,000 employer's liability insurance, with automobile liability insurance requirements removed. The contract, which originally commenced on February 25, 2020, is being extended for an additional twelve months, changing the expiration date to December 31, 2024. The contract now has zero renewals remaining but can be extended for one more twelve-month period. All other original contract terms remain in effect.
