The agreement establishes a collaborative relationship for dairy promotion, research, and educational programs specifically focused on North Dakota's dairy industry.

The contract covers program services including pre-competitive export services, international branded partnerships, social responsibility initiatives, sustainable nutrition research, youth wellness programs, and dairy product economic research. (viii.) Midwest Dairy shall furnish a certificate of insurance to the undersigned NDDPC representative prior to commencement of this Agreement. All endorsements shall be provided as soon as practicable.
