About this file
This Statement of Work outlines the software license procurement for the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, a unified trial court system serving 88 cities across Los Angeles County with 550 bench officers, over 4,500 employees, and 38 court locations. The Court is soliciting quotes, bids, or proposals for an Everpure Data Stream – Large Tier software license subscription. The product deliverable consists of a one-year subscription license for 36 billion tokens with monthly token allotment, Standard Support (8x5), data ingestion capabilities from NFS shares and S3-compatible buckets, vector embeddings, semantic and keyword search functionality, generative AI output, and on-premises hosting. The product must be made accessible and operational on the Commencement Date, with successful integration into the End User's designated data sources and compliance with specified security and operational standards. Vendors may respond to all or some line items, though the Court may prefer to award the entire bid to a single vendor and is not bound to consider partial bids.
Pricing should be all-inclusive except for applicable taxes, with quotes valid for 90 days. The solicitation accepts new product quotes only; used, refurbished, or alternate brand items will not be accepted. All security requirements mandate that data be processed and stored entirely on-premises with encryption at rest and no transmission to third-party cloud services, complying with prevailing industry standards. The End User is responsible for configuring permissions, schedules, data scope, managing user access controls, and verifying information before acting on Data Stream outputs, while the Contractor bears responsibility for software accessibility, operational readiness, and compliance with the End User Agreement and Data Stream Terms of Use. The bid contact is Mayra Carrillo at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.
