About this file

This document is a Project Checklist for Award 23150 focused on Intelligent Facility & Security Systems and Solutions, specifically related to Group 772019. The checklist appears to be a comprehensive planning and evaluation tool for a New York State project, likely associated with the State Education Department (SED) and involving various regulatory and compliance considerations across multiple agency and infrastructure domains.

The checklist comprehensively covers 33 key questions spanning technical, regulatory, safety, and operational aspects of a systems implementation project. Critical areas of focus include permit requirements, code compliance, system integration, environmental considerations, insurance needs, trade classifications, cyber security implications, and project coordination. While specific pricing, contract amounts, or precise service details are not explicitly outlined, the document suggests a structured approach to scoping and preparing for a complex facility systems and security solutions project with multiple potential interdependencies and regulatory touchpoints.
